The Israeli attacks on Lebanon are intensifying despite the so-called "ceasefire," killing children and medics and destroying entire communities. The death toll just passed 3,000 people. Meanwhile, Israel also just raided a peaceful flotilla trying to bring humanitarian aid to Gaza.
And now, the Trump administration is going around Congress to push another massive weapons deal for Israel. Buried inside a new $8.5 BILLION arms package is nearly $1 billion worth of Advanced Precision Kill Weapon Systems for the Israeli military – including 10,000 more U.S.-made missiles.
Enough. Bernie is demanding an immediate halt to U.S. weapons sales to Israel. And he needs all of us standing with him.

When Bernie recently forced a Senate vote to stop another shipment of weapons to Israel, nearly the entire Democratic caucus stood with him. Just seven Democrats voted against the effort.
That kind of opposition would have been almost impossible just a short time ago. But that growing public pressure is exactly why the Trump administration is trying to move this deal behind closed doors, bypassing Congress to rush more weapons into Netanyahu’s hands before the public can respond.
But we know what these weapons mean. They will only deepen the suffering and make the United States even more complicit in the killing of innocent people across Lebanon and Gaza.
