BREAKING: Congress just blocked an amendment that would have stopped a dangerous escalation in U.S.-Israeli military ties, all but fusing the two militaries.

Behind closed doors, a committee just stopped the House from even DEBATING a measure that would have prevented a provision known as Section 219 (formerly 224) from being jammed into the must-pass National Defense Authorization Act. It would HARDWIRE U.S. military support to Israel, tying the Pentagon and U.S. weapons industry even more tightly to the Netanyahu government.
The good news is the Senate still has a chance to drop this dangerous provision and Bernie is leading the charge. Final negotiations are coming, but the only way to win is if thousands of us speak out immediately and demand that Congress stop Section 219 from becoming law.
Add your name now: Tell Congress to strip Section 219 from the NDAA before it’s too late!

Section 219 was written by lobbyists and Netanyahu himself. The merger would supersize weapons deals, surveillance tech, and intelligence sharing for years to come, no matter what voters might want. It would strip away even the limited Congressional checks that exist today, making the U.S.-Israel military partnership more secretive, less accountable, and even harder for the public – or even Congress itself – to monitor.
It comes as a growing majority of Americans oppose unconditional support for the Israeli government in the midst of mass violence. That’s why a bipartisan group of leaders tried to stop the proposed US/Israel military merger with an amendment. Then, the House Rules Committee shut it down, preventing a full vote.
The stakes couldn’t be higher. Netanyahu’s government is openly saying "all of Lebanon must burn", while escalating violence in Gaza and the West Bank. Not one dime of our money should go to enable collective punishment, targeting of civilians, or expansion of illegal settlements. Congress must not entangle us deeper in endless war.
We’ve seen what happens when public outcry is loud and clear, but time is running out.
Take action now. Add your name to send a loud, unified message: No more blank checks for endless wars, no secret deals, and no more complicity in oppression. Section 219 must go.
When we organize, we win.
Our Revolution
