The Israeli strikes on Lebanon have not stopped, despite the supposed ceasefire. Eleven people were killed last weekend in the worst attacks since the ceasefire went into effect.

Instead of using its leverage to demand that Netanyahu stop the violence, Congress is rushing to REWARD the Israeli government with a new provision in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that all but fuses our two militaries.
The House already passed it before heading home for recess and the Senate could soon follow. As violence rages, we must show Congress there is massive opposition to this dangerous escalation of U.S.-Israeli military ties. Now is the time to make it clear that the public will not stand by and allow Section 219 to become law.
Add your name now: Tell the Senate to strip Section 219 from the NDAA before it’s too late!
Section 219 was written by lobbyists and Netanyahu himself. It would supersize weapons deals, surveillance tech, and intelligence sharing for years to come, stripping away even the limited Congressional checks that exist today.
AOC has made the risks of merging the U.S. and Israel’s military-technology industrial complexes clear, saying that it poses an “existential threat” to U.S. democracy.

Now we ALL need to come together to stop it — and there’s a clear path.
Since the bill already passed the House, our next chance is to stop it is in the Senate. Last month, Democrats in the Senate blocked debate on the NDAA because of Trump’s war on Iran. But now pressure is mounting for the Senate to pass the NDAA when it returns from recess — and it’s up to ALL of us to make it clear where we stand.
Take action now. Add your name to send a loud, unified message to the Senate: Section 219 must go.
When we organize, we win.
